These terms apply to the public UseWhisper.io website. AI Voice Note Taker has its own terms and App Store purchase conditions.

Using this website
You may use UseWhisper.io to learn about AI transcription and AI Voice Note Taker, and to follow the product link to Apple’s App Store. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its availability, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law.
The mobile app
UseWhisper.io does not itself provide recording, importing, billing, storage, or transcription functions. These functions happen in AI Voice Note Taker. Your use of the app—including recordings, generated output, plan limits, purchases, and retention—is governed by the terms and privacy information linked from its App Store listing.
Accuracy and responsible use
AI-generated transcripts, translations, summaries, and speaker labels can contain errors. Verify names, numbers, quotations, specialist terms, and high-stakes information against the original recording. Do not rely on generated output as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
Product identity
UseWhisper is an independent AI transcription website. It is not the former anonymous Whisper social app, is not an official OpenAI product, and does not claim endorsement by OpenAI.
Content and availability
We aim to keep the site clear and current, but informational content and outbound destinations may change. The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The original UseWhisper site design, copy, and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.
